A Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in conjunction with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were employed to explore consumer perceptions regarding the use of CMP. Results: The findings indicate that consumers find CMP a fast and convenient way to make transactions in Vietnamese restaurants. The findings also indicate the importance of ease of use and security. The managerial implications of this study highlight a number of benefits for both consumers and businesses, such as efficiency, speed, and improved customer service; on the other hand, the potential of fraud poses a serious threat for both sides.</dc:description> <dc:description>SUBMITTED: OCT 2021, REVISION SUBMITTED: JAN 2022, ACCEPTED: MAR 2022, REFEREED ANONYMOUSLY, PUBLISHED ONLINE: 30 MAY 2022</dc:description> <dc:identifier>https://zenodo.org/record/6581331</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>10.5281/zenodo.6581331</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>oai:zenodo.org:6581331</dc:identifier> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:relation>issn:2529-1947</dc:relation> <dc:relation>doi:10.5281/zenodo.6581330</dc:relation> <dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights> <dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode</dc:rights> <dc:source>Journal of Tourism, Heritage & Services Marketing 8(1) 3-15</dc:source> <dc:subject>Consumer Behaviour</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Contactless Mobile Payment</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Restaurant Industry</dc:subject> <dc:subject>Vietnam</dc:subject> <dc:title>Using contactless mobile payment in the Vietnamese restaurant industry</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> <dc:type>publication-article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
